Cops in South Carolina want to arrest Michael Phelps for smoling marijuana

What cops in South Carolina are doing to Michael Phelps is just wrong, it's called vindictive prosecution. If this agency doesn't arrest people found smoking marijuana in pictures on a regular basis, then Phelps is being singled out for prosecution. It's sad any police agency wastes time enforcing marijuana laws against adults. It would be interesting to see how many calls for service go unanswered while officers are out wasting time chasing down someone for smoking marijuana. Michael, I hope all this goes away.
